What is Theta’s responsibility for the baseline cleaning if the college owns the property?
Are you recommending that we utilize one of the two cleaning services (Service Master and other company) for chapter cleaning to begin with? If we choose to go with someone other than these companies, will our insurance coverage be impacted if we discover, after the fact, that the chemicals used were not CDC compliant?

we have (approved) 2 women living in the house, and they are hoping to have summer residents. This is a unique situation, maybe, and could email MJ after webinar if this is too different from the norm to discuss here.
Is insurance paying to have the facility disinfection?
so at UTN we still have ladies to get checked out of the ;house should we disinfect now before they come back to get their stuff and again after they come back in August?
We have 20+ members who left belongings behind and need to be moved out. Many are out of state. Who is responsible for packing this stuff up? What is the liability to HC if we pack up member items? Should these be stored off-site or on property? Who carries the cost?
We also have members who still need to move their personal belongings out of their bedroom. 1) Should we instruct these members to purchase renter's insurance so they can keep their belongings in the house until the travel ban has been lifted? 2) How can we ensure these bedrooms are being properly cleaned before the space has been cleared?
Once we re-open, how do we enforce personal cleaning and social distancing among members? Is a house corp permitted to ask a member to quarantine/isolate/leave chapter?

What if we have an individual chef not catering/food service?
If there isn't a quarantine area available in the house, and a member tests positive for COVID-19, what is the option for that member?
I currently have members moving out daily.
I also have the housekeeper scheduled to come over. Is that alright?
What about a sleeping porch.
It’s a college-owned facility. They are in separate parts of the house, so social distancing is happening the best as possible

Would it be appropriate to have in our contracts that if a member becomes ill with a virus that she must notify us (so that we can take appropriate actions to quarantine)?
i may have missed this, anything specific to cold air dorms that need to be done to ensure cleaning safety?
so if they're going out at night what should we do?

What is a cold dorm and what is a warm dorm. Not familiar with these terms.
It is sometimes called a "sleeping porch" at some schools
I do a buddy system and check in with my neighbor daily since I'm here alone.
